more focusing on the transparency of water and how the movement of water,which churns up it's layers, are what often make it less transparent.

I went into this one remembering that moment just before getting swallowed up by a wave, sitting just below the surface, or on the edge of a river, looking down into a swirling current.

Here is an exploration of transparency, thickness and the power of something that you can see through, but you just know has great mass and strength.


this is a view from inside a wave about to crash on top of you. It's beautiful, but you realize the power becaue you'll soon be engulfed.

This guy figured out how to get printed art onto his hand made surfboards. I know he's worked with artists in the past, and probably still will for those super custom designs, but the process he is using allows for a larger variety of expression on deck for your surfing session. Pretty cool.
